What we do

We carry out conservation work, conduct ecological surveys, provide advice to landowners, organise field trips, work with regional authorities, lead activities for children and their families, and publicise environmental issues. To find out more, click on the icons at the bottom of the page.

Membership is £8 per annum (individuals, organisations or families), which includes three newsletters a year and a free introductory booklet on the natural history of Prestwood area. Sunday 26 September 10am - 1pm Holly removal, cutting back/down small trees with squirrel damage. Litter picking. Angling Spring Wood Main Gate along Martinsend Lane. Limited parking nearby. Close to either Prestwood or Great Missenden.

Our colour-illustrated 12-page newsletter is produced three times a year at the beginning of January, June and September. It serves to keep members up-to-date with our activities, share their recent findings, and air their views. It is also sent to a number of organisations to keep them informed about what we are doing.
